Bryon Dorr concentrating on the tight lines on Homestake Creek during the ’06 Teva Mtn. Games race

Bryon has been paddling whitewater since Sept. of ’99. He got his start at Towson University’s Kayaking Clinic and was within a month of getting into a whitewater boat, helping instruct and lead trips . Bryon has been learning and teaching for Tom since 2001 and has great passion for improving his own on water skills and passing those skills onto others.

Bryon’s passion for whitewater has lead him to work full time running Fluid Kayaks in the US and represent H2O Performance Paddles. Besides working in the industry, kayaking has taken Bryon all over the world. He has paddled in Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, South Africa, Zambia, and all over North America. Besides paddling Bryon spends his time skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, rock climbing, running, and traveling. You can also find him quite often behind the lens of a camera of some sort.
